Refund policy

RETURNS

Typically, high-end bronze hardware has a "no return" policy as everything is made to order.  Rocky Mountain Hardware items may qualify for a return, but you must first call us for a return goods authorization (RGA) prior to returning any items purchased through us.

We will not accept any returns without an RGA. All items must be returned in the condition it was shipped in. The customer is responsible for shipping charges.

Our restocking policies vary, depending on manufacturer and item. In most cases, if an item qualifies for a return, the restocking fees are usually a minimum of 30% for all Rocky Mountain products if returned within 30 days. Please note that made-to-order, solid bronze hardware is not able to be easily re-sold and therefore returns are not able to match online or "e-commerce" return policies. Please do not purchase Rocky Mountain Hardware assuming you can return it if it isn't as expected or to your liking. Please work through all questions before placing the order.
