• Trade pricing on every project. Send a schedule or product list and we quote it line by line with your trade pricing.
• Schedule review before production. We check functions, handing, backsets, door thickness, strikes and finishes, and flag anything that needs a second look. Rocky Mountain Hardware is made to order, so this is where mistakes get caught.
• Door company coordination. We confirm door prep with your door supplier when it matters.
• Order timing around your schedule. We tell you when each package needs to be released so it arrives with your build.
• One specialist, start to finish. A name and a direct line from first quote to delivery.

Lead times to plan around

• Standard production: 8 to 10 weeks.
• RUSH production: 3 to 5 weeks, subject to Rocky Mountain Hardware approval.
• RMH Express: ships within 10 business days of order approval, on Express items and finishes. See Quick Ship.

2. We reply within 1 business day with questions or a line-item quote with trade pricing.
3. You approve the confirmed specifications. We place the order with Rocky Mountain Hardware, track production and coordinate delivery to your site.

Why are prices on the website list prices?
Rocky Mountain Hardware requires dealers to show its list prices online. Trade and project pricing is provided on your quote.

Can I still order online?
Yes. Anyone can order on the site at list price. Trade accounts usually order through a quote so the schedule is reviewed first.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, to your home, studio or job site.
